Overview
Where the Trail Ends... Your Voyage Begins... Voyageur Canoe Outfitters invites you to experience a one of a kind canoe camping adventure. The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness is a place like no other. A wilderness area set aside exclusively for paddling where you can still drink the water right from the lakes. Thousands of lakes are connected by portages of the past once traveled by the Voyageurs.
It is only fitting you be outfitted by Voyageur Canoe Outfitters for your wilderness expedition. They have paddled the canoe routes, fished the lakes and portaged their way across the canoe country. Voyageur Canoe Outfitters can help you plan a perfect route for your group. Whether you want to travel for miles or set up a base camp and relax for days, they can organize the trip of a lifetime for you.
Voyageur Canoe Outfitters has the knowledge, equipment and customer service to provide you with a vacation you will never forget. You will be supplied with as much or as little equipment as needed. Complete outfitting packages include tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, cookware, food and everything you need for a wilderness trip. Voyageur has special packages for fishing, traveling or relaxing in comfort. The canoe fleet is comprised of lightweight aluminum, Royalex and Kevlar canoes by Wenonah.
For those seeking a little more adventure, Voyageur Canoe Outfitters even offers fly-in canoe trips to the edge of Canada’s Quetico Provincial Park. Waterfalls, wildlife and pictographs await you in the unspoiled wilderness. The fish are plentiful with walleye, lake trout, smallmouth bass and northern pike ready and waiting to bite.
